Bengals sign draft pick

Update: According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bengals have signed sixth round draft choice Dezmon Briscoe.

Fantasy Impact: Briscoe has a shot to be a nice NFL wideout and can learn from a solid veteran in Chad Ochocinco.  He won't be a fantasy option this season, but could be in a year or two if he can climb the depth chart.
