Suh Fined $7.5K

Update: Detroit Lions DT Ndamukong Suh has been fined $7,500 for his hit on Browns QB Jake Delhomme last weekend, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Suh grabbed Delhomme's facemask, twisted his head, and slammed him onto the turf.

Fantasy Impact: While Suh's hit was clearly illegal and somewhat reckless, it shows the the Lions have a new and improved defense, starting with Suh himself. Suh was the 2nd overall pick in April's draft, and is expected to use his strength, size, and speed to improve the Lions defense that was very poor in 2009.
