Eagles won’t sign Garcia

Update: According to the Philadelphia Daily News, the Philadelphia Eagles aren't bringing free agent quarterback Jeff Garciar. The Eagles did take Mike Kafka in the draft and he will likely be the young guy in their system in the event Kolb turns out to be a bust.

Fantasy Impact:   With Kolb and Vick in Philly it doesn't make sense to bring Garcia into the mix.  Should Vick end up getting dealt which seems remote at this point, it might make sense, but for right now Kolb is the guy in Philly.
